INDIA - KALI
KALI.
She is a Goddess I was told I wasn't ready for in 2015.
My teachers advised me to work with Durga, Lakshmi, & Parvati instead.
They said Kali was too dark for me at that time in my life.
For 2 years I avoided her at all costs.
I was almost afraid of her energy and how it would impact me.
I avoided her for so long that I nearly forgot about her.
...Until the first day of my pilgrimage when we stepped foot inside a Kali temple.
How was this possible?
How could I work so hard for so long to avoid her, yet find myself in the middle of her embrace the moment I'm in India?
It was time for me to meet her.
I wasn't ready for her before, but I knew I was ready for her now.
