5 Day "Inner Peace at the Beach" Yoga Retreat
is
April 14th - 18th, 2025
in Panama City Beach, Florida
Cost: $1900 + room rental/transportation

The Inner Peace at the Beach Yoga Retreat focuses on relaxation and restoration.
Participants will experience classes, workshops, excursions, and other experiences that focus around
cultivating more inner peace and energetic harmony.
AMENITIES INCLUDED:
- Transportation to/from local Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, if needed.
- Guided Yoga & Meditation classes daily.
- Hot Coffee, Tea, & Cocoa daily (provided by hotel)
- Breakfast & Lunch on location every day
- "Dharma Talks & Dessert" every evening.
- 75 minute Thai Yoga Bodywork Session with Rachel
- 3 card Tarot or Oracle Card Reading with Rachel
- Choice of Private Sound Massage or Sound Healing session with Heather
- Bio-Well scan with Heather
- Private Boat Excursion around Shell Island with dolphin tour
- 3 hour chakra workshop

- Access to on-site pools, hot tub, sun deck, lounging decks, shuffleboards, corn hole games, on-site grills, free popcorn every afternoon, and all other hotel facilities.
NOT INCLUDED:
- Travel to/from retreat, beyond from airport to hotel.
- Leisure transportation during retreat. (There are plenty of golf carts/moped/motorcycle rental places nearby, if interested, as well as Uber/taxis/etc.)
- Dinner each evening
- Water or Alcoholic Drinks. There is a cooler of water offered free to guests in the hotel office, and you will receive a tumbler with your swag bag. An outdoor tiki bar is on location at the hotel with various hours of operation. There are plenty of convenience stores and bars within walking distance of the hotel. Your room will include a kitchenette, but not a blender.

In order to access all facilities (pools, hot tub, sun deck, on-site bar, etc.), you will be required to book your room on site with The Osprey or The Driftwood. You can check out rooms at https://gilmoreresorts.com/
To book your room, call the numbers on the website. If you try to look up rooms online, they will likely say unavailable since it's so far ahead on the calendar. However, if you CALL, you will be able to book a room. If you try to book for a yoga retreat, the staff will likely be unsure of what you are talking about. Although I have discussed my plans with hotel staff, not all may be informed. They are happy to host our retreat, but I'm making all of the plans beyond room booking! Simply book your choice of room for the dates of the retreat.
Pricing will vary based on which location you choose and what type of room, but average rate will be around $130/night for a standard room, plus taxes and fees. All rooms are ocean view with a personal balcony or deck space, and all rooms aside from Cabana rooms at The Driftwood have full kitchenettes. All rooms have a kitchen area, full bathroom, and are very CLEAN! I chose these locations, because I've been staying there for over 18 years, it's family-owned, the same employees have been there for decades, and they're have great housekeeping. My husband and I even got married there! 9 years ago I was fresh out of my YTT, telling my husband on this very beach that I one day wanted to lead retreats there. Now you'll be a part of my dream come true as we gather together in one of my favorite locations to better our wellness and develop ourselves personally.
